Last week, from Wednesday to Friday, I was with a delegation of the European Parliament visiting the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH. The topic of the discussion was BiH's accession to the European Union, which is of great interest to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina themselves.
Unfortunately, the political crisis slows down the whole process again and the country loses the resources that the EU offers while at the same time most people in BiH clearly say that they want to join the EU. We in the European Parliament continue to provide support, but the next steps must come from political leaders in BiH.
