Works as a program manager and later as chief policy analyst at the Center for Peace Studies where he deals with LGBTI+ rights, migrants, the rule of law and human security. He also monitors the work of the police, secret services and the military from a human rights perspective. This translates in his later work as a member of the Council for Civilian Surveillance of Security and Intelligence Agencies.

Co-founds Queer Zagreb and LGBTI+ association Iskorak. He is working on the preparation of the first Queer Zagreb Festival and the first ever Zagreb Pride. He works on numerous legislative initiatives related to LGBTI+ rights as well as organizing a number of queer programs.

Graduated as a physics engineer from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics of the University of Zagreb and began his professional career as a scientific researcher at the Ruđer Bošković Institute. While working at the institute, he discovered his true vocation and applied for a Master's degree in Human Rights in London, which he successfully completed in 2004.
